Project Trailhead was founded in 2022 by Jon Griffith as a way to support veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses. The organization specializes in helping the military community find renewed purpose in the civilian world.

After returning from Iraq in 2011, Jon transitioned from the Army without properly preparing. The lack of preparation caused him to struggle when it came to writing a resume, interviewing, or talking about military accomplishments.

It took 10 years and 1,000+ rejected applications before Jon learned how to navigate the transition process and land a fulfilling career after the military.

Today, Jon works at Google and has helped build and scale their military support initiatives.
